Kidney Beans Kebabs

These melt in mouth Kidney Beans Kebabs serves as a great snack during this chilly weather. It's high on protein and keeps you feeling full for longer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup well cooked kidney beans
  • 1 medium boiled beetroot
  • 60 gms of cottage cheese/tofu
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cardamon powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1.5 tbsp chickpeas flour
  • salt
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mix seeds- Black Sesame + Sunflower + Pumpkin

Method

  • Blend all ingredients into a fine paste and shape them into round kebabas.
  • Heat a skillet with little oil and cook the kebabs on mediium flame.
  • Serve it with curd dip or mint chutney.
