Peas Tofu Rolls

Ingredients

  • Green Peas - Boiled 100gms - ½ cup
  • Tofu / Low fat Cottage cheese - ½ cup
  • Bell Pepper - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 small finely chopped
  • Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Mix all ingredients well. Make cylindrical shape.
  • Grease a skillet with oil.
  • Cook the rolls till golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve it with mint dip or curd dip.
