Ragi Almond Malt

Ingredients

  • Ragi flour - 2 tbsp
  • Almonds - 10gms - 15
  • Cardamom Cloves - 1 or 2
  • Dates - 2 pcs
  • Water - 2 cups

Method

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and make a smooth powder
  • Add it to a pot with 2 cups of water and cook on medium flame. Keep stiring it to avoid any lumps
  • Once porridge starts to thicken add 2 dates and cook it
  • Make sure not to overcook the poridge as it will be super thick
  • Serve it Hot or cold
